No goods will be accepted for credit unless returned with our permission and invoice number. A minimum of 15% for handling will be charged on new merchandize returns. All returns for credit must be within 30 days from the date of purchase and in good condition. All parts that have been installed are not refundable or exchangeable unless they are defective. 

All orders are prepaid, The shipping prices reflect the closest estimate to actual shipping, but may not represent exact pricing. You will be notified of any change in shipping costs for your order. Shipping prices calculated for all 48 lower states and reflects GROUND SHIPPING via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. We reserve the right to ship orders received online with any company we may choose.

Spark plugs are sold a minimum of 4 unless otherwise arranged earlier, or customer will accept the minimum shipping charge of $6.96 for less than four spark plugs.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY: Unless otherwise indicated, Customer agrees to first seek redress from the manufacturer of the part[s] in question to pursue a warranty claim. All merchandise is guaranteed by Summerland, Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months or 6000 miles from date of purchase, whichever comes first, provided that the total liability of Summerland, Inc shall be limited to replacement of the part only and does not include labor or consequential damages of any kind. All warranty claims must include the invoice number, a copy of the Repair Order documenting time and method of installation, a copy of the Warranty Repair Order, and the mileage accumulated after the claimed item was installed. Any alteration of the foregoing policy or an assumption of any liability beyond the policy implied or otherwise, shall not be binding upon the Company, unless the same is committed to writing and signed by an officer of Summerland, Inc. Alteration of any part voids any warranties hereunder.
 

JURISDICTION; VENUE: Each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in the County of Orange and, as applicable, the federal courts of the Central District of California, in connection with any dispute arising hereunder or in any way related to Summerland, Inc. or its products, and further consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts with respect to any such dispute.
